The SSHJM Strategic Plan 2025–2029 sets a clear direction for the next five years, strengthening the congregation’s mission across Ireland, the Philippines, Uganda, the UK, and Zambia. Rooted in inclusion and community empowerment, the plan focuses on ensuring that people living with disabilities, vulnerable children and youth, women, and families living in poverty have equitable access to education, health services, protection, and sustainable livelihoods. 

 

Guided by global development priorities, the strategy is built around six pillars: inclusive quality education, inclusive health, climate-resilient livelihoods, justice and human rights, strong governance, and long-term organisational sustainability.

 

Together, these commitments aim to break cycles of exclusion and create lasting change within the communities SSHJM serves.
